Joseph Laser holds an Oklahoma structural welder license, has AWS D1.1 WPS test history, and holds OSHA 10 training. Laser’s Touch LLC supports mobile field welding, shop fabrication, GMAW/MIG welding, SMAW/stick welding, and CNC plasma cutting.
Unique Laser, PMP, holds OSHA 30 training and supports preconstruction review, estimating, scope coordination, scheduling, project administration, documentation, and client communication.
Commercial Documentation
W-9, certificate of insurance, applicable license information, written estimates, scope clarifications, and change order documentation can be provided when required for vendor setup, contractor review, or project administration.
